But today without me. I had to go to work (what a pitty!)
But I had the time to visit the starting point and go to the corner few km’s after the start.
24 bikes passed me like this:
I finally understood it! Or actually it was my rear end who said the final word “I can’t take it anymore!” And also I got so nice offer from Bike World and I just couldn’t resist it. Now I’m riding Honda VFR1200X Crosstourer until the Beemer arrives. Or in worst case scenario -I can ride the summer-tour with this Honda (name: SikaSika = PigPig)

Finally I got the chance to make a test ride with this beauty! I think it’s one of the most beautiful bikes ever! And with that V2 engine and wide exhaust pipes it also has some most impressive sounds too.

Here is the close picture of the shiny pipes:

And here is instagram video where you can have some idea of the sounds: https://instagram.com/p/1m6iHSLiFE/
But unfortunately the riding position for a big guy like me is not good! Seat is too low and the distance to foot pedals is too short. I was thinking if I had to ride this bike more than 100km’s it would make my legs totally numb! But everything about the engine, sounds and gearbox is very good or even perfect! If you’re shorter than 175cm this could be the bike for you… At least it’s very different than any other bike!
This one is for sale in R.M. Heino

Today was BMW motorcycle dealers Season 2015 start! Little bit unlucky that it’s so damn cold (-1 celsius) since it has been very nice weather more than a week before this. But I took my Xmoto and wanted to take a test ride with some of the new models…
I got R1200R which was brand new!

This was a good test ride after Dorsoduro a week ago. These bikes have pretty much the same kind of specs but when Aprilia was giving everything even from the lowest rpm the BMW did the same but little bit softer. This has the same performance but much better suspension! And ofcourse the different riding modes gives the BMW more possible ways to ride it (rainy weather, gravel roads, city-riding, highway and so on…)

With this bike you can really understand why you dont actually need so much horsepower to ride fast! In the curvy mountain roads this might be the best possible bike ever! This is a real gentlemans sport tourer! Unfortunately for me the bike is little bit too low, seat-hight is 79 cm’s.
This bike is for sale in Biketeam.
I went to the motorcycle store to take a test ride on MT-09 Tracer. But of course no bike to ride…
So I took this:

Yamaha MT-07 Cage (edition) and this actually looks very cool!
So I sat down to the seat and noticed my knees were almost in my chin! Ok there’s not a lot of space here…
Then I turned the engine on and started to smile a little bit. It sounded so nice (for a small bike!).
Took a short test ride and noticed how very easy it was to handle with the throttle quite sensitive but it was easy to learn how much you can twist it without bike attacking like crazy.
And actually when the bike is so light (not more than 170kg’s) and it has this new 2-cylinder engine it was so much fun to ride!
It really felt like a sport bike and like a big bike at the same time! Just because it gives so much power even from the lower rpm’s.
And then if you look at the price of the bike you finally realize how much there is to do for the other brands to compete this…
Amazing cheap, amazing power and very easy to ride…. Big recommendation from me!

Took a first testride of this spring. What a bike!!! It was Aprilia Dorsoduro 1200 (2011) and the specs says it has 128hp @8700rpm and 115Nm @7500rpm… But as I was riding this evil killer machine it felt LOT MORE!
When you’re sitting so close to the handlebar and the bike still has so much power it feels like you’re ruling the world!
This bike has very sensitive throttle (when in “sport mode”) and it actually attacks so fast if you just twist it a little bit… And even with 3rd gear you have soon 150km/h speed and you didn’t even thought about it!
If only I would not like to make motorcycle trips so much… I would be VERY HAPPY person to own such a bike -Aprilia Dorsoduro 1200! This one has only 6500km’s in it and I think it’s cheap! It’s for sale in Espoo R.M. Heino.

There she is, in her last trip going to the next owner. Ans she’s in good hands there. Bye bye!
I’m going to see her quite often anyway… She will be in the same East-Europe trip with me next summer.
