TransEuroTrail organisation added a new layer to the atlas.transeurotrail.org
You can now see the fire warnings in the area of the TET!

This is the view with the fire warnings.
But you must remember this is not “official” -it’s always better to find out where you can see the official information!

Since the TET App was taken down there has been a quite big need for TET route preview!
Now it’s finally possible! The TET “head office” was contacted by one rider and web developer who told he could build this kind of page. The application is 100% built in-house, collaboratively, and has been a great proof of concept for learning how can we harness the will to help from talented members of our community. This page has these features:
– Collects general statistics about each country’s total length, and an always up to date total length of the TET as a whole.
– Displays all TET tracks on an easy to browse map.
– Shows waypoints (POI’s)
– Gives an overview of section numbers for each country.
– Provides information about names and lengths of sections.
– Points users to the main TET website country download pages.
– Has a link to email the linesman (report a problem on the track)
