  • I took the commuter train to Hanko peninsula and I had my bicycle with me. I had also a route that I was going to follow from Santala (Sandö) to Skogby. I had been bicycling in Hanko area before so I knew it was going to be beautiful!

Again I found quite a lot of tracks that I didn’t ride before. Not with my bicycle or even by motorcycle. And ofcourse I planned the route go through the Lappohja beach area!

There was quite many swimmers in that ice-cold seawater! But they were all swans… I was thinking to go and I regret it that I didn’t do it!

Finally after 18,5 kilometers of riding I arrived to Skogby village and there is an old abandoned wooden house just beside the train station. I think it used to be a school and a daycare center.

And in the yard of this house I found it! There was a SPRING!

Here is the video of my bicycle ride, enjoy!

  • Visited Inkoo Kopparnäs area once again. It was quite nice sunshine on this day but also little bit windy. This area belonged to Finnish energy company Imatran Voima long time ago. Since 2003 it has been recreation area -and very nice one!

Waiting to have more similar sunny winter days!
