Sieltä sain sähköpostiositteen johon äsken kirjoitin englanniksi reklamaation ja vaatimuksen puhelukustannuksien ja postituskustannuksien takaisinmaksusta minulle! Saa nähdä miten asiassa käy!
Tässä kirjoittamani s-posti:
I ordered Samsung SpinPoint HD103UJ computer hard disk from your web site on 2nd of november.
I recieved totally different product in 11th of november. I wanted to return the wrong item and get the
right as soon as possible. But the only way to get the right product
was to send you the wrong-one first and then wait the
right one to arrive some day.
Problems started already in the first phonecall.
It took more than 25 minutes to solve the situation and to pixmania customer service person to finally understand what I
wanted. Phonecall costs for me were more than 4 euros! That phone call was made in 11th of
november.
I recieved the return papers via email and took
the package to my local post office. Since pixmania has no deal with finnish post
company I had to pay the postal costs: 8,5 euros.
And I had to call your customer service 2nd time to make sure it was the only way for me to send tha package to you. That phonecall took about
10 minutes and cost me about 1,7 euros. And the call was made in 12th of
november.
Since the Finnish Customer Protection Act Chapter
5, section 20 says that there should NOT be any costs for me becouse I made no mistake -It was you. You
must pay be back these costs: 2 phonecalls 5,70 euros, 1 package postal costs 8,50 euros, together 14,20 euros
This must be payed in my bank account… as soon as possible. And I also hope that I will recieve the right
product as soon as possible since I did pay it on 2nd of november.
I will attach here the reciept about the postal
costs, since I don’t have fax-machine. If I will have to find a fax, that will cost you
more, becouse it is not cheap to send a fax to foreign countries from
Finland.
